399bit processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied — what you deposit is what appears in your account balance. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:
Deposits are typically credited to your 399bit account within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. Processing times may occasionally be longer due to payment gateway delays outside our control. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact the support team with your transaction reference number.
399bit does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank — may apply their own transaction charges. These are outside the control of 399bit and are the responsibility of the player.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and by account tier. Players in the 399bit VIP programme may have access to higher deposit limits as part of their tier benefits.
Withdrawal requests can be made at any time from your 399bit account provided that your account is verified, your balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold, and there are no outstanding wagering requirements on your current balance. VIP tier status is reviewed periodically. If a player's activity falls below the threshold required to maintain their current tier, they may be moved to a lower tier at the next review. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399bit platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances and may result in reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
You may request closure of your 399bit account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be settled and any active bonus requirements will be reviewed. Real-money balances at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard verification checks.
399bit reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is a suspected breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed for a breach of Terms, balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
